The part # 37185 will convert your 4-way to a 7-way for the trailer light functions, but it would require a few more things to also function your trailer brakes.
Instead of the # 37185 you would want the install harness part # 3035-P to install a Tekonsha brake controller and then the part # 118242 to convert the 4-way with a 7-way.

While I am normally very skeptical of fuel savings products like the # AR400-516 that you referenced. What I would recommend you get is a Stromberg Carlson 4000 Series 5th Wheel Louvered Tailgate # VG-04-4000, this tailgate has a lock built into it.
